One Page or links no index on Google means you have not to get organic traffic from Google. No one wants to miss from organic traffic from Google. If you want traffic from Google your first job is to do indexing your website on Google. But Google takes too many time to index a post or pages. However many ways to index a post in a short time but some of the expert recommend Google natural indexing. So no worry about their opinion, Google permits the user to force index any live URL of the page. So move forward.

1. Remove no-index tag:

no index tag

No-index is a Meta tag it’s contained in pages HTML file. Meta tag tells how Google bot accesses your webpages. If your page has a no-index tag that’s mean Google bot is prohibited from access your page and not index this specific page. So that’s is a reason from indexing. Make sure your page without a no-index tag.

2. URL Inspection tool:

url inspection tool

You can request using this tactic. First, you have to configure Google search console (If you have already done it all the best). Now you need to click the URL inspection tools, then enter your URL what you are want to index on Google with a very short time and hit the enter button. Now, this tool will show you notice in a few minutes of your website or URL that index or no index. If your URL has a no-index tag it probably shows a notification that you’re URL is no-index. Then click the “REQUEST INDEXING”. After that Google will take time and it’s probably two or 4 hours or less to index your URL.

Here’s how to do it…

  • Log in to search console
  • Navigate “URL Inspection Tools”
  • Put the link you’d like to index in the search box
  • Wait a while for tasting live version of your webpage
  • Click the “REQUEST INDEXING”

This trick you can apply when you have published a new post and get quick index on Google. You can effectively tell Google to index for your new post that has a new look.

3. Use Effective internal links:

internal linking

Internal linking can make any website a strong foundation. I have seen many websites that have rank Google first page with a strong internal linking. They did not do backlink for their page or post. Google wants to give value to its user so that internal linking is most important to make a foundation to index and rank. Linking your related and popular post in every content that’s make value to user and Google understand you have given value to user and Google will love you. Internal linking helps Google bot to crawl new content on your website and index it a very little time. Google always discover new content rather than old content. So doing effective and powerful internal linking is the best practice to get index. Remember, internal linking goes to do-follow links that Google bot crawl all your links.

4. Block low-quality pages from Google’s index:

Too many low-quality pages can decrease the time of crawls, index, and rank. It’s a best practice to remove or fix low-quality pages from the index. I recommend remove or block these pages that have no value on Google but still value to the user.

You can block or prohibited a page:

  • Set NOINDEX tag: add a no-index tag on thank you and paid landing pages. These pages are no value at search engines but have value to your audience.
  • Blocked via robots.txt file: when you have several pages (archived and press release pages) that has to value to your user but not search engines you can block these pages via robots.txt.
  • 301 redirected: when you have an exciting page that has come traffic but not values to search engine (e.g. old blog posts with links).
  • Deleted (404) page: pages that have deleted or not exciting on your website and no traffics and provide no value.

5. Share the page on Twitter:

Google crawl twitter post regularly and index tweets. You have also known that twitter is a powerful social media with a large audience. This tactic will drive direct traffic and also index on Google.

6. Share the page on high traffic sites:

Share your pages or post on high traffic websites like Reddit or Quora and they also allow links and get instant direct traffic. Google crawls this type of website regular basis for index new content.

7. Share your page on social media sites:

Social media is a powerful tool to make any page indexable. Google strongly value social signals and social shares. After creating a post or page just share on social (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter) and just wait for its magic. You will get a quick index with rank if you have quality content.

8. Include the page in your sitemap:

xml sitemap

A sitemap is a list of website URL that’s set by third-party tools or manually. A sitemap tells Google to understand which page or URL will be important for index. If your URL has not contained in your sitemap it’s probably a reason to not index on Google. You should add your page links in the sitemap.

If you do not know how to add sitemap you can check this post. Also if you’re running your website in WordPress you can add sitemap using Yoast plugin easily.

At the end of the article, I will tell you using these tactics and I confirm that your page will index. However, some of the pages will be not index for some technical issues, I recommend fix all your technical issues and then try these guide.
